Finding Balance - the Mind-Body-Spirit Connection

During hypnosis, the body and conscious mind are in a relaxed and natural state. The subconscious mind remains very alert and receptive to suggestions. Your hypnotherapist works with you to incorporate positive changes you design to bypass the critical filter of your mind so your suggestions are accepted and incorporated into your new “automatic” behaviors. Hypnosis creates positive change from the inside out, but it cannot cause you to do anything against your free will.

  • Empowerment
    Stress reduction, weight management, assertiveness, perfectionism, freedom from limiting beliefs or negativity

  • Fears or Phobias of
    Public speaking, doctors or dentists, flying, deep water, open or closed spaces, death, failure and loss of control

  • Habits
    Stop Smoking, stuttering, nail-biting, gambling, bed wetting, countering other unhealthy habits that contribute to illness

  • Performance success
    Adopt a more positive outlook, end procrastination, test-taking,
    career and athletic success, motivations, earning potential, creativity, writers block

  • Physical
    Relaxation, insomnia, pain reduction and management, headaches, IBS, energy level and focus, teeth grinding and Temporo-Mandibular Joint (TMJ) dysfunction, ear ringing (Tinnitus)

  • Emotional
    Guilt, relationship strategies, worry, anxiety, self criticism, anger, hurt or forgiveness


Hypnotherapists are certified (not licensed) in the State of California as healing arts practitioners. Some conditions may require medical or psychological referral.
